Independent Lifelong learning requires to active plenty of processes, to use various tools and above all the ability to plan. Do you have an idea of the dreamed fully competent self-directed Lifelong Learner? Join #PKMChat and share it. After a year of #PKMChat, the Knowledge Process Periodical table in our pocket we are now equipped to take an aerial look at the problem in hand. It’s also an excellent occasion to list more topics and subjects to explore for the coming year. We will explore the competencies in 4 questions. For each answer will apply reflective thinking at once to see if it’s worth a subsequent chat. The 4 questions will explore 4 different domains: – Tools (Software, services, devices) – Processes (regarding learning, knowledge but also networking) – Self-orientation (Choosing, assessing one’s strength, needs, objectives, goals) – Self-guidance (Time management, prioritization, notes, tracking) As usual, our half Agora mode leave us with time for adding more questions as we finish Q4. PKMChat being about Personal Knowledge Management encompass Knowledge lifecycle in general. Our first chat was about learning, acquiring Knowledge. Our second is about sharing it. Week after weeks we will switch from one end of the lifecycle to another while exploring all the channels that could be used: social, formal, writing, videos.
