What are your NON-resolutions for this new year?

This New Year, while partying joyfully, right at midnight, my heart stopped and I took this resolution:

I will never let go a PKMChat without a fully detailed, complete Prereading

No, I didn’t take this resolution, sorry

this is an example of all the kind of non-resolutions we could take or think to take at new-year. It could be resolutions we took and left at once: life-changing ones from last year but never followed. Or it could be the ones we would have loved to take and didn’t. It could what we want to avoid doing (Those are more like negative resolutions). Or it could be the ones will not take because we feel we can’t do it.

Encouraging people to take strong resolutions can be a good business as Michael Hyatt shows us, or at least in the abundance of blog post on this topic. #PKMChat took a lean approach in a conversation in our Facebook Group. We picked a single one word. Easy to remember, open to various applications. Today in our Twitter Chat we explore the dark side of New Year resolutions.

Wait, you are NOT in this Facebook group? This is unacceptable, you ought to join on the spot. This will be your best resolution for 2017. PKMChat being about Personal Knowledge Management encompass Knowledge lifecycle in general. Our first chat was about learning, acquiring Knowledge. Our second is about sharing it. Weeks after weeks we will switch from one end of the lifecycle to another while exploring all the channels that could be used: social, formal, writing, videos. Feel free to suggest topics by tweeting to @pkmchat.
