After 2 years discussing on PKM, it can be time to go back to the basics and set some definitions. Sadly there is not a single definition of #PKM both widely accepted and actionnable. Check Wikipedia page to have an idea https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Personal_knowledge_management (Someone went as far as saying it’s a buzzword 🙂 The history of the page is interesting by itself.) or a simple definition given by Michelle Ockers [tweet id=”853706592696410112] of even my last definition of it: A “personal Knowledge Meze” https://kneaver.com/personal%20knowledge%20meze This chat prepared by me (Bruno Winck) will both challenge our assumptions and ask you to give your own definitions. PKMChat being about Personal Knowledge Management encompass Knowledge lifecycle in general. Our first chat was about learning, acquiring Knowledge. Our second is about sharing it. Week after weeks we will switch from one end of the lifecycle to another while exploring all the channels that could be used: social, formal, writing, videos. Feel free to suggest topics by tweeting to @pkmchat.
